So What is the 12 Week Weight Management Program, And Why Is It Unique?
In the 12 Week Weight Management Program, I’ll be your Physician Assistant Health Coach. As a Surgical Physician Assistant with extensive experience in weight loss surgery and Board Certified as a Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management, I’ve clinically coached hundreds of patients through the core principles of my program.
Everything in the 12 Week Weight Management Program (“12w WMP”) is founded in scientific, evidence-based research studies. Therefore, if you promise to give my program 100% intentional effort, you will automatically succeed. The medical literature supports it.
What Will the 12w WMP Be Like?
Together in the program, we’ll purge your diet and buckle down on how to eat clean, minimally processed foods and how to make it work specifically in your life.
That’s right- you won’t be sold processed garbage, packaged protein bars, chalky shakes, or expensive meal-replacement systems… Nope. Buh-Bye. Not here.
You’re going to be taught foundational nutrition education, cooking skills, and real-life strategies to help you regain control of your health for the rest of your life.

From the exercise standpoint, we’ll work through personal barriers that prevent you from moving regularly. You’ll be given a prescription for exercise that is supported by research for successful weight loss.

We’ll also do something unique that you won’t find in other diets or weight loss programs you may have tried in the past. We are going to dig deep into your mindset and evaluate your emotional eating. Using principles from cognitive behavioral strategies, you’ll learn how to over-ride negative self-talk and emotionally charged behaviors that lead to overeating or overdrinking. We’ll create healthier coping mechanisms that are non-food based.

How Is the Program Designed?
The 12w WMP is all virtual. That’s right! No need to jump in the car, spend time away from family, or time away from work to accomplish your lifelong health goals. You can complete 100% of the Program from the comfort of your home!
Once enrolled in the Program, you will be sent triweekly emails delivered to your inbox every few days. These emails will walk you through the program, step-by-step.
The 3 months of the Program are broken down into Nutrition, Movement, and Mindfulness. Each week is a new topic, and within each week, you will be emailed mini videos labeled Parts 1, 2, and 3.
You will have FREE access to the 12w WMP Workbook. Only those enrolled in the Program have free access to this vital accountability workbook. You will have weekly accountability assignments to skyrocket your success. This workbook frequently re-assesses your progress so you no longer have to “go back and try to remember” anything from earlier in the Program.
In addition to all of these things, you will be part of a Private Facebook Community. Here, you will be amongst a group of supportive friends. We will participate in regular group webinars, host Q&A sessions, and share extra resources to help maintain your stamina.
