    This workbook is amazing and so so helpful! As a busy mom of two kid’s under 3, I can’t remember what I ate for breakfast this morning let alone how much water I drank. When I started using the tracker I was SHOCKED at how dehydrated I’ve been probably for a long time! But this workbook makes it super simple to track what’s going on in my life so on days where I feel like I’ve accomplished nothing, I can actually go back and see that I did meet some health goals after all! I also love the doodle pages, and so does my toddler! I’m so glad I started using this workbook, it’s been a real game changer.

    I love it! I’ve printed it and I have it in my kitchen whiteboard. Each morning I fill in the monthly tracker. A small gesture that is helping me to accomplish my healthy habits!
    Last week, my goals were to exercise 5 days (at least for 30min) and not eat snacks between meals. Goals accomplished!!
