     Multicolor cauliflower
     2 tbsp Ghee
     1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
     1 tsp Coriander
     1 tsp Smoked Paprika
     1 tsp Salt
     1 tsp Pepper

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Toss cauliflower florets with melted ghee, seasoning, and salt/pepper.

    Spread out on parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes before flipping over for another 20 minutes until browned.
